Shirodarah 

A classic Ayurvedic healing practice, Shirodhara calms the central nervous system using a stream of warmed herbal infused oil choreographed to flow onto your third eye, lulling the entire body into a state of profound calmness and tranquility.

Please note: Both Ayurveda services use organic oils. Please wear or bring old clothes. You will also need a small towel or old scarf to wrap your hair after treatment.
